The St Eval Candle company, based in Cornwall, manufactures candles by the centuries old process known as ‘drawing’. The candle wick is drawn through a bath of molten wax adding layer upon layer until the candle is the required size. This process gives a superior burning quality and the candles last longer. They contain no tallow.

They are made in a very rural area with high unemployment. Although St Eval is a small company it plays an important economic role by employing as many local people as possible.

Candles available in 15cm or 25cm long, through coloured with a finely marbled finish. made using the old fashioned method of ‘drawing’ the candle wick through a bath of molten wax adding layer upon layer until the candle is the required size. This process gives a superior and longer lasting burning quality. The 25cm candle will burn for up to 12 hours, the 15cm for upto 8 hours.

The candles come with choice of classic colours.
