High quality water filter with a replaceable cartridge element, the HIP is an in-line pressure filter. The next stage up from a jug filter, these are permanently plumbed-in units. The 0.9 micron filter utilises the combined advantages of a high-tech ceramic shell with advanced carbon technology, giving far better performance than traditional granular activated carbon filters. Removes cysts, bacteria, pesticides, lead and chlorine. The cartridge will last about six months or 2244 litres.
Supplied as a kit, designed for below-worktop installation, with all necessary brackets and fittings including the tap.

A Mecon Water Saver is a Retrofit Variable Flush Mechanism developed to Save Water and Reduce Water Bills. The device can be DIY fitted in a toilet cistern in less than five minutes. Converting your toilet from a Single Flush to a Variable Flush toilet with the Mecon Water Saver puts you in control of the water you use.

Use your hosepipe to move recycled water or rain water - even during a hosepipe ban.
Now that summer has arrived the 'Water Green' is a great way to recycle water from the house onto the garden.
Put one end in the bath, sink or water butt and the other end out of the window, this can then be connected to your hosepipe. Once you have squeezed the pump, gravity will syphon the wastewater onto your plants.
The 'Water Green' attaches to any standard garden hose, is 3.5 metres long and kink-free. The garden must be lower than the water source - preferably at least 10 inches (the water flow is faster the bigger the height between source and end of hose).
We recommend that the recycled "grey water" (water from baths or sinks) is used directly on the garden and not stored, as it will develop an unpleasant smell, particularly in warm weather.

Model: SS - This model is manufactured in high grade, polished Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion resistance, as stainless steel is hygenic, durable and easy to clean.
These filters are for use where there is no piped water supply - i.e they operate under gravity, not pressure. They offer highly effective filtration but are slow. A full 9 litres of water will take about 2 3/4 hours to filter through. They are not intended for normal domestic use but are well suited to remote locations where the only available water is not of a potable quality. They are also very portable so are ideal for travel use.
