We are seeking a new full time member of staff to work in this busy and expanding department.
A brief job outline follows:-

This is a full time position in our busy paint department.

The Green Shop is looking for a team player to help in the Paint Dept. Some knowledge of paint and a flair for design and colour would be an advantage but a commitment to the environment and a belief in sustainable products is more important. Day to day tasks include learning about our natural paint range and dealing with customer and telephone enquiries. Stock checking and ordering paint from suppliers. Building on our present status as a unique paint supplier and making further sales and contacts. General office duties and invoicing is called for so familiarity with basic Office packages is desirable. The post also includes working in the Green Shop doing general shop and till duties.

Working hours are 40 hours per week (flexible) 9 am to 5.30 pm. The ability to work one evening to 7 pm is necessary as well as doing one weekend in four on a rota basis (half day Sunday).
