We've streamlined our Postage and Packing policy to make it easier for you to work out the full cost of your order. Now all orders ship at a base cost of only £4.95, and this cost covers all postage, packing and administration. This cost is based on our standard courier service of up to 7 working days, and can be modified according to the following supplements and discounts:
We discount light items under £20
If the whole order weighs less than 500 grammes we will discount the base rate from £4.95 to just £2.50. The caveat is that if the order exceeds £20 in value we will need to insure it, so it will have to go using the standard courier base rate of £4.95
Location supplement
The base price covers delivery to Wales, England and mainland Scotland. Beyond those territories the following supplements apply on top of the base rate:
Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight: £15
Channel Islands: £25
Sadly we do not deliver beyond the United Kingdom – we apologise for any inconvenience.
Express delivery
We can offer next-day delivery to all customers in Wales, England and mainland Scotland for all orders received before 11 o'clock in the morning. Please note that as per all orders, deliveries are only made between Monday and Friday and not at the weekend. Supplemental charge: £5
Large paint orders
Paint orders of 11 or more litres are subject to a supplement increasing the courier base rate to £10 due to excessive weight.
Wherever possible all outgoing parcels are packed using materials re-cycled in-house, reducing the waste we generate and our resource consumption.
