Postage and Packing
Orders now ship at a flat rate of £4.95, or an even cheaper £2.50 for lightweight deliveries. Supplements apply: for full details please see the page "Shipping: easy, inexpensive!" . Please note that as per all orders, deliveries are only made between Monday and Friday and not at the weekend. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to The Greenshop for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
