The Cotswold Curer specialise in free range salami and chorizos.
This is a fantastic new company we have discovered in the Cotswolds. They specialise in free range salami and chorizos. The pigs are reared in a village about 5 miles away from us, the meats are then cured and made into these delicious chorizos and salamis in a butchers about 4 miles away, so it is extremely local to us.
Each one is of a very high quality and there are several different delicious flavours to choose from. All of them come very highly recommended by members of staff who have sampled and cooked with them.
